f99 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the f99 platform ("we", "our", "Platform") and its users ("you", "Member"). By registering on f99, logging in, or using any service, you agree to each clause of these Terms.

The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — f99's website, mobile application, and all associated services.
• "Member" — any person who holds a registered account on f99.
• "Balance" — the real money held in a Member's account (excluding bonus balance).
• "Bonus" — credits granted for promotional purposes, which become withdrawable after specific wagering requirements are met.
• "Wagering" — the requirement to place a specified amount in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

2.1 Age Requirement

All f99 services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Failure to provide valid proof of age at registration, or providing false information, may result in the account being closed at any time and all balances being forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, family, address, or device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be completely accurate. If a discrepancy is found during account verification, withdrawals may be placed on hold. Any change in details must be reported to support immediately.

2.4 Who May Not Register

• Any employee of f99 or their close relatives
• Anyone whose account has been previously closed
• Any person banned by f99 for any reason

Your account login details — username and password — are entirely your responsibility. These must not be shared with or given to anyone else. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact f99 live chat support immediately.

f99 will never ask for your password by email, message, or phone. If you receive any such communication, treat it as a fraud attempt and do not respond. Any loss arising from managing your account through third-party apps or websites is entirely the Member's responsibility.

For maximum security, use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and special characters, and change it regularly. f99 uses SSL encryption, but maintaining your own caution is equally important.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

f99 currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for deposits. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. The name on the payment profile must match the name on the Member's account. Deposits through third parties are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — are available for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. A withdrawal request normally takes 10–45 minutes to process, though this may take longer during verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• If a bonus has been accepted after a deposit, withdrawal is not permitted until the required wagering has been completed.
• Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• f99 may request additional verification for any unusual activity.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found, the relevant withdrawal will be cancelled and the account suspended.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus on the first deposit is available at f99, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Accepting a bonus is optional — bonuses other than the welcome bonus will not be added to an account unless requested.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
• The validity period for each bonus will be stated separately in the offer; unused bonuses will be cancelled once the period expires.
• f99 reserves the right to change or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• Claiming a bonus more than once from the same person, family, address, or device is prohibited.

5.3 Cashback

VIP Members receive weekly cashback — up to 0.3% at Bronze level, up to 0.7% at Silver level, and up to 1.0% at Gold level. This rate applies to weekly net losses. Example: at Silver level, a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 earns ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

6.1 Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless f99 itself cancels it due to a technical error. f99's decision on the outcome of any game or event is final.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods
• Using multiple accounts or another Member's account for bonus arbitrage
• Exploiting platform errors or technical weaknesses to place bets
• Colluding with other Members to fix outcomes
• Conducting deposits or withdrawals for the purpose of money laundering

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by server issues, network disruption, or software errors, f99 may cancel that round or bet and return the stake. In such cases, f99's decision is final and no additional compensation will be provided.

f99 believes gaming should be a form of entertainment and should not be used as a source of income. We ask Members to play in a conscious and controlled manner.

• Do not bet more than you can afford.
• If you feel your relationships or work are being affected, take a break.
• If you suspect someone under 21 is using your account, contact support immediately.

8.1 Suspension by f99

f99 may suspend an account temporarily or close it permanently without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Providing false or incomplete information
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Misuse of bonuses

8.2 Closure by the Member

If you wish to close your account yourself, notify f99 support via live chat or email. It is entirely the Member's responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before closure. Once the account is closed, unused bonus balance will be cancelled.

Members' data is not sold to third parties. However, limited data may be shared with payment processors or technology partners as required to operate the service. Data may be provided to authorities when legally required.

f99 makes every effort to keep the platform running without interruption. However, f99 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Loss of game or bet due to internet disconnection
• Delays or failures by third-party payment processors
• Security breaches on the Member's own device
• Unforeseen technical errors or infrastructure issues

f99's total liability will in no case exceed the total value of the transaction in question.

If the matter is not resolved via live chat, submit a detailed complaint by email. The support team will review the issue and provide a written decision within a reasonable time. f99's decision will be considered final in all cases.
